Return Policy

1. Right of Return

You have the right to return any purchased product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without penalties and without providing a reason. The only cost you must bear is the shipping fee for returning the package. Returns must be made using the same courier service as the original delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• It must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• It must show no signs of wear, damage, or washing and must not have any foreign odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
• All labels must be attached, and the product must be complete, including all accessories and documents that accompanied it.

If the product does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.

3. Refund Process

• To receive a refund, you must provide a correct IBAN code where the refund will be processed.
• The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the moment your return arrives at our headquarters.
• Refunds are made exclusively by bank transfer.

4. Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

Products that are custom-made or specifically modified for the client cannot be returned, in accordance with consumer protection laws regarding personalized products.

5. Reasons for Return Rejection

Your return request may be denied in the following cases:

• If the return request exceeds the 14-day timeframe.
• If the returned product shows signs of wear, has been washed, or has an odor (perfume, smoke, etc.).
• If the product is not in its original condition, lacks labels, or is missing accompanying documents.

If the above conditions are not met, the refund will not be processed, and the package will be sent back to the BUYER, who will also bear the return shipping costs.
